  • Increased volume support (such as for launches, events, product changes, partnerships + contests)
  • Response sentiment, tagging, assigning and responding using Sprinklr et al.
  • Proactively nurturing community engagement
  • Flagging + escalation procedure implementation
  • Supporting paid media, PR, customer support, legal, design and influencers
  • Advising on responses and opportunities to improve conversation with clients/customers

Starting at £20/hour, £160/day or £300/month.
