I’ve realised more and more over the past few years that you need to have a purpose in life. Knowing who you are and what matters to you gives you strength – something that as someone with anxiety, it doesn’t always feel like I have.
I don’t always have clarity and I’m not always sure I can keep pushing forward. But when I sit down and journal, I look back at what I believe my true objective to be – to help businesses to improve consistency, visibility and engagement. Doing this while I hold space for myself and loved ones too.
When I come back to this core purpose (my big why), I feel like I can:
- Fight fear head on.
- Find focus amongst the chaos.
- Be optimistic about the future.
- Be resilient and keep going.
THIS IS POWER!
I’m not one for role models or seeking much inspiration, but whoever or whatever can make you feel this way is helping you to realise that everything you need has always been within yourself. So for that we should always be grateful and willing to look deep within ourselves first when we feel lost.
